Week of August 29
Monday, August 29 - Team meeting @ 7pm
OTW exhibitor passes for Saturday will be available along with the three-day passes folks ordered. Plan to sign up for to work on Saturday - setup, game time, tear down. Driver schedule will also be developed.
Open shop this week M-F 3pm - 6pm (Monday will be open through the 7pm)
Work needs to include building a frame to take wall pegs to Trask Bridge picnic on September 11, similar to what was available at Boone County Fair.
Friday, September 2 - Load robot(s) in the afternoon.
Saturday, September 3 - Meet at shop at 9am to head to Waterfront for setup. Charger Robotics is bringing a field; we'll need to help set it up. We will be playing on the 300 block of S. Main, just south of Chestnut. Playtime is Noon - 4pm. Teams attending so far: Rockford, Boone County, Oswego, Charger Robotics. Waiting to hear from Robot Casserole (Peoria) and MetalHead (Freeport).
We could use two tent canopies for Saturday (1 for pit area and 1 for marketing purposes).
